WEEK ONE ALMASED 3 TIMES A DAY
During the first week, replace all 3 meals with an Almased shake and drink about 20-40 oz of home-made vegetable broth as well as plenty of water throughout the day.
WEEK TWO ONE DELICIOUS MEAL EACH DAY
In the morning: Enjoy an Almased shake.
At lunchtime: Enjoy plenty of vegetables and/or salad with lean chicken, fish or tofu.
